Today, Nubia presented its new flagship phone in China Nubia Z80 Ultrawhich comes with several noticeable improvements compared to the previous generation. The phone runs on a processor Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 The latest, it includes an advanced camera system in addition to a 7200 mAh silicon-carbon battery that supports 90W fast charging and 80W wireless charging. The company confirmed that the global launch of the phone will be on November 6.

The Nubia Z80 Ultra comes with a 6.85-inch BOE The phone contains a 16-megapixel front camera hidden under the screen, which gives the screen a complete design without any openings or notches to look like a connected display panel.

Nubia reuses a 35mm focal length main camera, which is equipped with a custom 1/1.3-inch Omnivision 990 sensor. It is accompanied by a 64-megapixel telephoto periscope lens that uses a 1/2-inch sensor and provides up to 3x optical zoom. Plus an 18mm ultra-wide lens with a 1/1.55-inch sensor to capture wide images with high detail.

The phone contains a T-mount port to support external lenses, in addition to a base for mounting microphones, lighting, or additional accessories. There are also photography filters supported by artificial intelligence, which suggest suitable colors for the photographed scenes and can be adjusted manually. The company provides photography kit accessories for a price of 95 US dollars, with a design that resembles classic cameras.

The Nubia Z80 Ultra phone comes with up to 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1 TB of UFS 4.1 internal storage. It is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, and is supported by a metal liquid cooling system similar to that used in Red Magic gaming phones, in addition to a 3D Ice Steel VC heatsink to ensure the best cooling during intensive use.

The Nubia Z80 Ultra is available in three colors: white, black, and a special edition inspired by Van Gogh’s Starry Night known as the Starry Sky Collector’s Edition. The price of the phone starts at 4,999 Chinese yuan (about 701 US dollars) for the 12 GB RAM and 512 GB storage version, and reaches 5,999 Chinese yuan (about 842 US dollars) for the luxury Starry Sky Collector’s Edition.
