Philadelphia Cream Cheese Introduces 2 New Products That Promise Stress-Free Holiday Baking In 2025

Philadelphia Cream Cheese is shaking up the market with the introduction of two exciting new products just in time for the holiday season.

On Tuesday, Oct. 7, the brand debuted its new Frozen Cheesecakes, which come in two flavors and are perfect for the busy baker whose schedule is filling up at the end of the year. Instead of spending hours perfecting a difficult recipe, they can stop by their local grocery store to pick up Philadelphia’s ready-made dessert in either Original or Strawberry Swirl.

“Crafted with Philadelphia cream cheese as the first ingredient, with no artificial flavors or dyes, each cake includes handcrafted touches like a golden graham cracker crust and, for Strawberry Swirl, ribbons of hand-drizzled strawberry sauce,” the brand announced in a press releasenoting that the cheesecakes were a permanent addition to the line and are available across the United States.

Each cheesecake can easily be thawed before serving. They are even already sliced, making it the ultimate easy treat to bring to any event.

The 150-year-old brand estimates that it sells more than 50 million pounds of cream cheese each season, which is in turn used to create roughly 50 million slices of cheesecake.

Now, they’re “making it easier than ever for fans to enjoy holiday favorites with the perfect balance of taste, texture, and convenience.”

That’s not all, either.

One year after debuting their refrigerated Cream Cheese Frosting, Philadelphia is expanding the line with the introduction of a new seasonal flavor — Cinnamon.

“Made with real milk and cream and delivering the same taste, texture, and convenience that cream cheese frosting lovers crave, Philadelphia’s Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting is designed to elevate everything from carrot cake to cinnamon rolls,” the brand said, promising that more seasonal flavors would follow.

“Dessert is a daily ritual for many, but not everyone has the time to create holiday classics like cheesecake and cream cheese frosting from scratch every time,” Kelli Srivastava, senior brand manager for Philadelphia, said in a press release.

Srivastava continued, adding, “After three years of development, our new Frozen Cheesecake offers an effortless way to serve a holiday favorite, while our Cinnamon Frosting brings a nostalgic flavor with its blend of warm cinnamon and brown sugar. With more convenient ways to enjoy our signature creaminess, these innovations make it easier than ever to create delicious moments with Philadelphia.”

The new frosting flavor is already a hit with fans on social media.

“The original refrigerated frosting walked so cinnamon frosting could run ✨ Same creamy homestyle taste with a new cinnamon flavor,” the brand wrote in a post on Instagram.

Fans rushed to the comments section to weigh in and express their excitement about digging in.

“Ummmm what. I need this immediately. And a spoon,” one person wrote, as another commented, “Need 50000 of these.”

The brand replied to one excited Instagram user, jokingly writing, “We’re a little treat after dinner every night type of girl.”
